The wicked flee when no man pursueth... he or she instigate sinfulness to many, and coerce people to knock off others or kill without any acceptable, reasonable, or lawful reason and cause. Enticing the righteous to sin. Deceiving people is their passion and they destroy many lives. That's the clear picture of a wicked person. Job 21:30 KJV That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.
