The word "lift" in some States and countries have different meaning. The word "liftest" in King James Version is "cry aloud" or "raise your voice" in some versions of the Bible. The truth and real point for us to consider would be for us to call out to God for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, and to praise Him. It is to call out in His name.Psalm 25:1 KJV Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
