Strive with "SS"

We can learn a series of Bible doctrines from the letter of the alphabet with it's Bible references. Starting with the letter "S" may have more spiritual significance as we start with the message of salvation and its assurance in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Saved- "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8- 9 King James Version)

Secured- "And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29- My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. 30- I and my Father are one. The Foolish and Atheists

"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good." (Psalms 53:1 King James Version)

The atheists may cover themselves well with worldly goods, with worldly knowledge but they can't hide their corrupt, sinful, wicked, foolish, and black darkened hearts from God. They can paint their faces with make ups, but they will not be able to clean up their wicked hearts. Because only Jesus and His blood can cleanse us all from our sin. (John 1:29) "In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;" (Ephesians 1:7 KJV)

The Bible says; "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. 2- The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. 3-They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one." (Psalm 14:1-3 KJV)- By Ely Roque Sagansay
