"Jesus is Coming Soon, Be Ready!"

“34- Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. 35- Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 36- But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37- But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38- For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,39- And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.40-  Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41- Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 42- Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 43- But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 44- Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” (Matthew 24:34- 44 KJV)

666 and the Microchip Implant

This is an introduction to the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ of which we called in theological term-"Rapture". It means the removal of the church, the body of Christ, the Christians in its entirety will be snatch away to be with Jesus in heaven. Obviously, the Christian pilots, the drivers and captain of the ships will be gone in a twinkling of an eye. (I Thessalonians 4:16- 18) Picture the chaos and tragedies during that time. After the rapture would be the 7 years tribulation where there will be hardship, hunger, war, and chaos that never ever happened before from the time of Adam and Eve up to the present. During these times of the tribulation period, the Antichrist will come and deceive the whole world. He will be in Jerusalem (Most Probably) in the Dome of the Rock. He will be recognized as the New World Leader. He will solve the political, economic, military, religious and other issues and problems all over the world.

The persecution of the Christians, the conflict in the Middle East, the war between the Jews and Hamas, the earthquake and the sudden changes of the weather are just the introduction of pain and sorrows. Jesus said; “6- And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7- For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8-All these are the beginning of sorrows.” (Matthew 24:6- 8 KJV) We all know that the whole world system have changed and we experienced the chaos, the tragedies, and the eruption of many volcanoes in many parts of the world. These are just the beginning of sorrows as what Jesus said in the Scripture. (Read Matthew 24:1- 51; Mark 13:1- 36)
After the rapture, there will be more tragedies and conflict all over the world. Then the new world leader will come and be worship and recognize as the hope of the broken and chaotic world of sorrows. People would think that he will be the solution to the world's problem. Then the 666 will be introduced as prophesied in the Bible. (Revelation 13:1- 18) Whether we like it or not, 666 will be imposed and required to be used for business, religion and political purposes. Everyone must have 666 in their forehead or in their right arm. Remember there is wisdom on it, and it may not be a literal number, or a digital tattoo; but one thing for sure- it’s the number of the beast. (Verses 17 and 18) YOU CANNOT RUN AWAY from the Antichrist and you cannot hide from the beast.

The only solution to get away from the evil of the beast is to have a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and make it to the rapture. You ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and invite Him to come into your heart. “8- If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9-If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10- If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” (I John 1:8- 10 KJV) Accept and believe in Jesus. He died, He was buried, and He rose again from the dead for our sins. “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” (John 1:12 KJV) “30- And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31- And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” (Acts 16:30- 31 KJV)

You're a Loser or a Winner? (A Comparison)

The Loser

They watch things happen
They criticize and gossip
They are negative thinker
They spread bad news
They want others to be a loser
They want people to help them
They're suspicious of everything and to everyone
They just talk and don't walk the talk
They don’t have mission and vision

They are selfish
They are self centered
They persecute fellow believers
They send people to hell by their bad testimony or by not witnessing

Is this you?                   Or

The Winner

They make things happen…
They comfort and encourage
They are positive thinker
They tell the good news
They motivate and train others to win
They're out there to help
They trust God and others
They walk the talk and talk the walk
They are visionaries and mission driven.
They are self less
They are Christ centered
They pray for fellow believers
They lead the lost for Christ through their personal testimony and Christian life, or by soul winning.

This is you?

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9- Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.” (Philippians 4:8- 9 KJV)

Come What May; "Que. Sera, Sera; Whatever Will Be, Will Be..."
18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” (Proverbs 29:18 KJV)

A pastor or a leader must have a plan. He or she must have a goal in life. It is not wrong to play around or use trial and error if needed. You must work hard with your plan and goals and see which one works, than just watch the day passed by and you have nothing to accomplish or you have nothing to look forward into to get motivated.

Strategy and prevention are 2 important words you may want to stick in your mind or in front of your plate, monitor, television or refrigerator. The spot where you will always see and be reminded that you need prevention of something may come that is unusual or stupid. You need strategy on how to get to your goal and how to overcome obstacles in life.

Recently, President Barack Hussien Obama said something in reference to ISIS. He said; "We don't have a strategy yet". A pastor, a leader of an organization or a politician should not expect good, successful, and positive results under his/her banner if he/she have no game plan or just play with "Que sera, sera- whatever will be will be" idea! The wisest ruler in the Old Testament said; “
20- Seest thou a man that is hasty in his words? there is more hope of a fool than of him.” (Proverbs 29:20 KJV) I like what apostle Paul said in Philippians chapter three verses thirteen to fourteen; “13- Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14- I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

A Great Message From Apostle Paul

"5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." (Philippians 2:5- 11 KJV)

The Rapture of the Church is Very Soon!

"16- For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17- Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." (I Thessalonians 4:16- 17 KJV)

People are following some religious groups and leaders who claimed to be the Christ or the Messiah. They claim that they were sent by God the Father to be the Messiah as prophesied in the Bible. Some religious groups in many parts of the world are either aware of the deception or they are following such cults and demonic practices.

The world system and its structure will change and the leadership will change, but the Word of the Lord will stay the same. And God will still be God. Everything may change in just a matter of time; but what the Bible said about the coming prophecies will never change. Actually, everything that’s going on in the world has something to do with the second coming of Christ; we called in theological term- “Rapture”. It is the time when Jesus will snatch us up to heaven as He comes in the cloud. We must all be ready for the coming of our Lord and Savior. Let’s keep ourselves busy for the work of the Lord, because we have but a very short time. Let’s make the Lord’s business of reaching the lost the top priority.

Jesus said; “27- For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 30- And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” (Matthew 24:27; 30 KJV)

CIA- Christians In Action

Colossians 2

"All Christians have, in profession at least, received Jesus Christ the Lord, received him as Christ, the great prophet of the church, anointed by God to reveal his will as Jesus the great high priest, and Saviour from sin and wrath, by the expiatory sacrifice of himself and as Lord, or sovereign and king, whom we are to obey and be subject to.--Received him, consented to him, taken him for ours in every relation and every capacity, and for all the purposes and uses of them. 2. The great concern of those who have received Christ is to walk in him--to make their practices conformable to their principles and their conversation agreeable to their engagements. As we have received Christ, or consented to be his, so we must walk with him in our daily course and keep up our communion with him. 3. The more closely we walk with Christ the more we are rooted and established in the faith. A good conversation is the best establishment of a good faith. If we walk in him, we shall be rooted in him and the more firmly we are rooted in him the more closely we shall walk in him: Rooted and built up. Observe, We cannot be built up in Christ, unless we be first rooted in him. We must be united to him by a lively faith, and heartily consent to his covenant, and then we shall grow up in him in all things.--As you have been taught--"according to the rule of the Christian doctrine, in which you have been instructed."- Matthew Henry

"Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:" (‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭6‬ KJV)

“Is He (God) Testing My Faith…?”

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.” (James 1:6 KJV)

Mrs. Chas. E. Cowman wrote; “Faith is the telegraphic wire which links earth to Heaven, on which God’s messages of love fly so fast that before we call He answers, and while we are yet speaking He hears us. But if that telegraphic wire of faith be snapped, how can we obtain the promise?” (Streams in the Desert, Page 177)

When life is tough and the road is rough, I say; “I’m going through suffering”. When my life is prospering and there’s no odd during the day, I say; “I have a good day”. But when everything is turned gray, and I feel like nobody cares, I conclude; “My faith is put to the test, or God is testing me”. Let me say; “It sounds like me.” Did you know that it is the prevalent attitude of many individual all over the world? God may put our faith in the testing scale of heaven by giving us the trials of life. But the question is “Is He really testing my faith…?” It’s a personal question and it’s between you and God. It’s the same question millions of Christians are asking.

Jesus said; “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. 23- For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24- Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Mark 11:22- 24 KJV)

Love Made an Impact…

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16 KJV)

There are so called children’s songs that made an impact in millions of lives. And there are also so called common Scriptural verses that children have learned from Sunday school, Vacation Bible School or at church that touched and shaped millions of lives. The songs like; “Jesus Loves the Little Children” “Jesus Loves Me” “My Beloved is Mine, and I Am His…” And the verses like John 3:16; I John 4:7 and 8 or John 14:6 are some of the examples.

There’s no greater love but the love of God. It’s a kind of love that is beyond our imagination, and we cannot comprehend such love. We cannot picture or paint God’s love in a canvas. Words cannot express God’s love for sinful men like us. In the Bible, Paul was talking about our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, and he exposed the gift of eternal life that cannot be over shadowed and broken up by anybody or anything, at anytime and anywhere or by any circumstances in life. (I Corinthians 1:8- 9)

You have heard His voice when you responded to His call for you to come to Him and follow Him for your salvation. And it does not matter if it was by kid’s song or from a common Scriptural verses; what’s important is your response in humility with faith and repentance. In (Romans 5:5 “…the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” The reason why we have comfort, peace, joy and we have the grace to live a holy life is because of the love of God… We have learned to love, to do things for God and serve Him. And we learned to persevere in our sufferings and trials with the love of God that is shed abroad in our hearts which is the focal point of Christianity.

The Bible says; “Help me, O LORD my God: O save me according to thy mercy: 8- The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. 1- Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;” (Psalm 109:26; 145:8; II Corinthians 4:1 KJV)

Maintain a Healthy Relationship with Your Family

And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” (Joshua 24:15 KJV)

What is more important to you? Have you ever asked yourself about your priorities concerning relationship? Next to God should be your family circle. Your relationship with your spouse is more important than any other relationships; it’s next to God. It’s so ironic to know of how many people would spend most of their time with friends and spend their leftovers to their family. Build that sweet and close relationship with your wife/husband and children by spending time with them. If parents would only be at home for their children; I believe we can keep our children away from drugs, violence and other crimes. If they see a father/mother figure at home, and they feel the love they needed at home; I don’t think we would have problems with our children keeping them away from jail or vices.

A price has to be paid- which would be your unconditional love, proper and Godly discipline, the breaking of bad habits, teaching them and leading them to the Lord. You have to pay the price of you (always) being there for them. You have to support them and encourage them. The two (2) common problems of husbands to their wives and parents to their children are “Submission and Obedience.” (Ephesians 5:25) It’s the same problem that we have in our relationship with Christ as a church. We must be submissive and obedient to God, His Word and His will. Apostle Paul said; “Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; 2- And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savour.” (Ephesians 5:1- 2 KJV)

The Hotels and Motels May Take Out the Bibles from Their Rooms, But the Word of God Shall Stand Forever

“5- And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. 6- The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: 7- The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. 8- The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.” (Isaiah 40: 5- 8 KJV)

The Bible may be the only Book the hopeless person can read in a hotel room. Taking it out from the rooms is like taking out hope from the hopeless customers inside their room. We need to gain spiritual dependence on God’s Word for our daily spiritual feeding. We need as well to grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior.

“I believe the Bible is the best gift God has ever given to man. All the good from the Savior is communicated to us through this Book.” (Abraham Lincoln)

“I believe a knowledge of the Bible without a college course is more valuable than a college course without a Bible.” (William Lyon Phelps, former professor at Yale University)

“7- I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments. 8- I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly. 9-BETH. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.” (Psalms 119:7- 9 KJV)

Forgive and Forget!

“Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. 4- And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.”

Forgiveness means forgetting the sin, mistakes, fault of the other party without any condition or resentment. Forgiveness is dropping off all your baggage behind you in the ocean of love- the love of God, and not to be taken back forever and ever. I watched INVICTUS on a DVD and I was touched and amazed how Mr. Nelson Mandela forgave his political opponents, and all those who helped put him in prison, and made his life miserable. I recommend this movie to everyone who may be struggling with forgiveness. The way I observed and imagine his life in prison for more than 25 years is something that’s really hard for an individual to say; “Come and join my team because you’re forgiven.” That’s what Jesus was telling us when He died on the cross for our sins. He is also inviting us to join His team. And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.” (Hebrews 9:22 KJV)

Take the advice of John in (I John 5: 7- 9 KJV) “7- But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8- If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9- If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

Overcoming Depression the Biblical Way

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” (Joshua 1:9 KJV)

The meaning of depression according to Britannica Concise Encyclopedia (Yahoo): “Neurotic or psychotic disorder marked by sadness, inactivity, difficulty in thinking and concentration, a significant increase or decrease in appetite and time spent sleeping, feelings of dejection and hopelessness, and sometimes suicidal tendencies.” Read more: http://www.answers.com/topic/clinicaldepression

My personal definition of depression: “It is an active pressure from in and out due to ones unpleasant or unstable physical, financial, mental, emotional and spiritual condition.” It is unfortunate how millions of people all over the world are going through the same cycle every day. Some started from having distress or stress, became oppressed, depressed, and the sad end was to be possessed by demonic power or be in mental institution. Many of them became drug dependent and the worst part is to end up in suicide like what happened to Mr. Robin Williams.
My personal remedy for those who are going through the cycle:

·       You need to know the Lord Jesus Christ, the Prince of peace and the Lord of hope.
·       You need to know that there is hope in Christ, He is the victory and He is the answer.
·       You have to know and accept in your heart and mind that you are depressed.
·       You surrender your depression to God and let Him take care of your worries, fear, anxieties, and depressive spirit. (Matthew 6:25- 33)
·       You must recognize that you are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:37)
·       Believe and trust God for everything and in everything. (Proverbs 3:5- 6)

Claim the encouraging words of Apostle Paul; “What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32- He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? (Romans 8:31- 32 KJV)

We Need Revival

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (II Chronicles 7:14 KJV)

We need revival in our giving to God. When Abraham obeyed the small voice of the Lord as He commanded him to sacrifice his son Isaac in Mount Moriah; it was a message of offering and a message of revival in giving for this generation as well. (Genesis chapter 22)

Daniel made an influenced and he made an impact in the kingdom of Nebuchadnezzar and Belshazzar. It was his desire to pray and to stand for the truth and to be a testimony in the kingdom. (Daniel chapters 3 and 5)

Jonah the prophet caused a great revival in Nineveh. Although he was known for disobedience to the calling of God, but Jonah was the only prophet in the Old Testament who turned the nation upside down. (Jonah chapter 3) Habakkuk prayed; “O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.” (Habakkuk 3:2 KJV)

Apostle Paul was driven by his passion and he wanted to be a witness to the lost during his times. No wonder Paul said, (Romans 1:16) “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” In Acts chapters 16 and 28 and based on his testimonies; Christians began to realize the truth and power of the Word of God.

My passion and desire is to see people coming to know Christ as their Lord and Savior. And I longed for churches to grow in the Lord, and in numbers and be revived in the work of the Lord. King David said; “Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.” (Psalm 138:7 KJV)

God Has a Planned Trip for Us!

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15 KJV)

I wonder how it would look like to see every Christian family in our churches set aside a vacation from work and use it for a short term mission trip. Remember that God has a planned trip for us and our responsibility is to obey. The Lord commanded us to "Go". (Matthew 28:19) The International Community Christian Church in Trenton, Michigan is a mission driven church. No wonder they have mission trip in Detroit, Michigan, they have mission trips within the United States, and they also send mission teams outside of the United States such as the Philippines, Ecuador, Belize, Guatemala and other countries. We are all responsible to God with the people around us, the people among us, and those who are away from us. I don't know how many people are suffering physically, economically, emotionally, and are under spiritual struggles or under extreme religious persecution.

I'm not against about giving for the cause and we must give for missions. I appreciate those who supported my mission endeavor, and I hope I could have more supporters. But we must also remember that Jesus did not tell His disciples to either just pray or give for the cause. He told them to "Go". And that's the same message God is giving us. The wrong mind set of some churches are the priorities they have and where they put God’s money. They have more budgets on things that don't even work, less important or unnecessary. But they have less or no budget for missions. Jesus said; “20- And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.” (Mark 16:20 KJV)

You Must Have His Love, and Learn Not to Hate!

“Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.” (I John 3:15 KJV)

“Where there is love there is life…” Mohandas Gandhi

“Love is life…And if you miss love, you miss life.” Leo Buscaglia

Can you reconcile Jesus' teachings to the teachings of the present day religions, beliefs and practices? Do you have to learn to hate and to kill or be a murderer to be able to make it to heaven? The Bible says; “Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.” (I John 3:16 KJV) Do we have the witness or the love of God in us? Who laid down His life for us sinners? It was the Lord who gave His life for us through His death.

Do we have the evidence or proof of salvation and God’s love in us? God has set an example for us to follow. It is God’s character to love and He wants for us to love one another and not hate each other. People will know that we are the Lord’s disciples through our love for each other. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16 KJV)

What It Meant to be in Abundance

"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (‭John‬ ‭10‬:‭10‬ KJV)

The measure of abundance in the world's standard is opposite from what Jesus teaches in the Scriptures. It's the same with how the world measures the success of a man or a woman. When Jesus said; "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." He did not meant financial, material, or worldly wealth and luxuries. What He meant first and foremost are the overflowing joy, love, peace, spiritual blessings, and the well of Living water that overflows unto good works.

Apostle Paul put it this way; "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:" (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭9‬:‭8‬ KJV)

You Are Valuable to God

"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" (Mark  8:36 KJV)

The world is looking for temporal profit and gain. The world is more conscious of what they can gain for today and not for eternity. But whatever personal gain an individual may have acquired- nothing's compared to the price of his/her soul.

When you see a Bum walking around the street, you don't just see a Bum, you are looking at the precious soul, a precious creation of God. A child, a youth, an adult whom God created with a purpose.

Notice what happens when a soul comes to repentance; "I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance." (Luke 15:7 KJV)

Hope for a Broken Heart and Spirit

“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.” (Psalm 51:17)

According to Dr. McNair Wilson; “Perhaps the greatest psychological, spiritual and medical need that all people have is the need for hope.” (Hope for Each Day)

A broken heart can be caused by:
·       Desperate need of love
·       Sin and stupidity
·       We have a righteous indignation
·       Rejection
·       Disappointment
·       Uncontrolled circumstances and problems
·       Unanswered prayers, the way we wanted it to be…
·       Broken for the lost world, etc.

One of the blessings of Christians is the assurance that God knows our hearts and He knows what’s best for us. We just have to trust His heart. The song “Trust His heart…” is a good encouragement when our hearts are broken due to unexplained circumstances in life.

Notice the encouraging words from the Psalmists; “18- The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. 19- The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.” (Psalm 34:18- 19 KJV)

Jesus, the Solid Rock

“18-Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; 22- Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.” 5- “For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth. 14- But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.” (Psalm 33:18, 22; 71:5, 14 KJV)

The hope of eternal life… “For in God do I hope”. The grace, mercy, love and the peace of the Lord Jesus Christ were the components or the reasons that made the hope of eternal life so easy to believe in. We have a promised to discover and we can be certain of what we have in Christ Jesus our Lord. This is God’s general blessing for the lost world. We can have God’s salvation through the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. But someone has to decide to believe in and to receive that promised by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. You can’t have that life unless you take a step of faith. An old hymn says; “My hope is built on nothing less, Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness. I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly trust in Jesus’ Name. On Christ the solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand; all other ground is sinking sand.” By: Edward Mote

Praise God! Our salvation is in the good, right and solid foundation- the Lord Jesus Christ our blessed hope. He is the Rock of Ages. Apostle Paul wrote; “According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. 11- For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” (I Corinthians 3:10- 11 KJV)

Success from The Lord

"There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee." (Joshua 1:5 KJV)

The conflict in the Middle East and the oppression the nation Israel are experiencing right now are part of the fulfillment of what God said in the Bible. In this verse (Joshua 1:5), the Lord knows that the nation Israel will surely be persecuted and oppress.

At the end of the day, God will always be there on the top of the circumstances. He is on the top of your career, on the top of your life, on the top of your success and will always be on the top of everything . He is even on the top of your circumstances and your enemy- the devil. I love the encouraging words of God to Joshua after the death of Moses.- "Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." (Joshua 1: 9 KJV)

A Simple Step to Heaven

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16 KJV)

A simple step will get you to heaven from where you are.  It’s as simple as 1-2-3. This will help you know how to have eternal life in heaven through the Lord Jesus Christ.

Accept: Accept that you are a sinner. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” (Romans 3:23KJV) Accept the forgiveness of your sins. The Lord Jesus Christ paid for it at the cross of Calvary through His death. And accept Him as your Savior and Lord of your life. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” (John 1:12 KJV)

Believe: Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord. “30- And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31- And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” (Acts 16:30- 31 KJV) Believe that Jesus died for your sins on the cross. He was buried, and after 3 days was rose from the dead. “1- Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2- By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3- For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4- And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” (I Corinthians 15: 1- 4 KJV)

Confess: Confess your sins to God. You ask the Lord for forgiveness of your sins, and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness.  (I John 1: 8- 10; Acts 3:19, 8:22, II Peter 3:9)

The Lord of Hosts Will Fight for Israel and for You

“30- And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. 31- But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. 32- And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature. 33- And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.” (Numbers 12:30- 33 KJV)

A song I wrote few years ago has something to do with the Lord and how He dealt with His people:
The Lord of Hosts
“In every odd of life, there is mercy, We take the step of faith in His grace, Giving Him our pain and sorrow, Trusting Him of our tomorrow; Jesus gives us rest beyond compare.
God prepares our heart for His glory, As we humbly take up His Cross, Serve and praise the King of glory, Tell of His great love story, Jesus came to die for you and me.
Jesus filled our heart with His Spirit, With His love and joy and perfect peace, We are more than over comers, In His power we are the victors, King of kings and He’s the Lord of Hosts, We are more than over comers, In His power we are the victors, King of kings and He’s the Lord of Hosts,

God is our God and He is the Lord of lords and the LORD of hosts. He is the one who is in charge of everything… In our battle with anything and with anyone as you serve Him, especially as you stand against the wiles of the devil, God is our help and shelter. Paul said in the book of (Romans 8:37) wrote; “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.”

God's Ambassador

"Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God." (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭20‬ KJV)

Our good and positive testimony may serve as a message and a living Word to the lost world. May we be God's ambassadors,  God's messengers and servants of the King of kings, willing to spread the good news and freedom in Christ.

Peter's good advice for every believer; "15- For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:  16- As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God." (1 Peter 2:15, 16 KJV)
