Proverbs 31:3 KJV
Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.

https://www.amazon.com/Ely-Roque-Sagansay/e/B00JALTNYY

Women are God’s gift to men. Some men use them, and some abuse them; but some men honor, love and respect them. When God created Adam, He gave him Eve for a greater purpose than just having her for his (Adam) own pleasure. We must therefore treasure God’s gift to us- the woman in our life.- Genesis 2:22 KJV
And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Proverbs 29:3 KJV
Whoso loveth wisdom rejoiceth his father: but he that keepeth company with harlots spendeth his substance.

Company could be a business, a group of friends, or an organization. “Your company is good. Your company is bad and evil. Your company is very helpful and so on…” We all hear people say those; but which one is yours? Are you in a company of good believers and people of God who loves the Lord dearly?- Psalm 68:11 KJV The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

“Name”. A “good name”- it's priceless. If you have a bad credit, your name may look bad to the creditors no matter how it went bad, and even if it was beyond your control. Those who have criminal records and police records have bad names on the said government agencies. But if you're a Christian, your name is in heaven and you have a very sweet name in the Lamb’s Book of Life.- Revelation 13:8 KJV And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

The word “raging” in reference to wine and strong drink was only mentioned in this verse in the whole Bible. Indeed, it is raging in terms of its destructions: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, financial, social, etc. The other verses in the Scriptures talks about the raging sea such as when the Lord Jesus Christ was with His disciples in a ship, and He calmed the raging sea.- Luke 8:24 KJV And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Many of my readers may question the word “ignominy”. This was only mentioned here in this verse. I would not be surprise if they say; “what in the world is that word?” In NIV, it says “shame”. In Revised Standard Version it means “dishonor”. While English Standard Version has the same interpretation as the RSV.  Indeed, shame and dishonor at home, in the church, politics, and organizations brings disgrace to people involved and to the name of God.- Psalm 69:19 KJV Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.

A wise servant shall have rule over a son that causeth shame, and shall have part of the inheritance among the brethren.

To be called “a servant” is the lowest status in life even from the ancient times and Bible times. But the Lord Jesus Christ took that title and put it into practice when He came down here on earth to do, fulfill, and be obedient to the Father’s will. He was willing to take the lowest point and title for the higher calling and highest purpose.- Philippians 2:7 KJV But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

The Bible says; Exodus 32:13 KJV

The first mentioned of the Word "fruit" is in Genesis 1:11. The verse talks about God's creations of trees, of flowers and the grass. Jesus talks about the spiritual fruit in John 15:1- 5. Apostle Paul talks of the "Fruit of the spirit..." in Galatians 5:22. But we must not forget that we are the fruit of the womb- our mother's womb. This verse was mentioned once in the Scriptures and it refers to Mary and the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ. Man's instinct in many areas of life is always to be on the top, and remain on the top of whatever he or she desires in life. Or to some, in their dreams in life and circumstances. Many of our readers may remember the song of The Carpenters- "Top of the World". In one of the line of the song it says; "Your love put me on the top of the world..." That phrase sounds like a line from your preacher's preaching.- Genesis 11:4 KJV And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

It is our weapon against the wiles of the devil. "Twoedged Sword" is the "Holy Bible" that penetrates into the heart of man, and change the course of man's life.- Hebrews 4:12 KJV For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

These verse of the Scriptures could be one of the most quoted, most used and abused part of the Bible, and unfortunately, misinterpreted verse as well. "In God We Trust" is in the USA's money, and we praise God for it! But to exercise such trust and faith in God is one of the hardest part in Christian life. It's not easy to trust God and put your faith in Him in your needs and trials in life. It only becomes easy when you "Let Go and Let God."- Mark 11:22 KJV And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 2:3 KJV
Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;

The word "lift" in some States and countries have different meaning. The word "liftest" in King James Version is "cry aloud" or "raise your voice" in some versions of the Bible. The truth and real point for us to consider would be for us to call out to God for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, and to praise Him. It is to call out in His name.Psalm 25:1 KJV Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
