This is the believers' goal and passion. We will miss the point if we have other agenda except to praise Him and give Him honor and glory. It means its all about Him- our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Psalm 9:1 KJV I will praise thee , O Lord , with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.

In this darkened world, and a world of uncertainty, filled with fear and troubles; we need light and His salvation. Psalm 27:1 KJV
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

A grateful heart is a giving heart. Some people are just waiting, longing and looking for charities and gifts while others are working hard to be a part of it. Some people are used to receiving a gift or be a recipient than to be a part of sharing and giving.

The blessings of knowing God and having Him in our lives gave us eternal life and its fulness. He is the only reason why we must be grateful. We should be thankful to God of this life, His presence, the joy and pleasure forever more. Psalm 16:11 KJV Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

The Rich and the Poor

The Rich and the Poor

As a middle class citizen in America:
I can eat the food the wealthiest person will prepare for meal anytime of the day. We can travel from point a to point b with our own car, and be stuck at the traffic or be cut off by a jerk driver. We both can enjoy the heat and air at home 24/7 all year long. We have the same problems: money, bills to pay, debts, difficult people, pressures, discouragement, and disappointment just to name a few...

The rich will one day see his or her doctor or be admitted to a hospital so have I. The wealthiest person have problems at home, at work or business, and I can't escape the same dilemmas in life. They get up every morning to get ready for meetings, business, for work or to drive to their office. There is no difference with the coffee we drink, the sunshine or rain we enjoy, or the cold and hot weather we feel, and the snow we see.

At the end of the day, we will both take off our suit, jacket, or uniform to eat our dinner and put our head in bed for a good night sleep. But some of the wealthy people I know can't sleep at night for different reasons. They can buy sleeping pills but they cannot buy their sleep. When I put my head on my pillow after I read my Bible and pray; I will be sleeping like a cow, because I snore like a cow. As you can tell, I typed this article at 5 am after a good night sleep.

Is it bad to be rich? No! Noah was rich. He was the first man to own a huge cruise ship with all kinds of animals and fruits and vegetables as cargoes. Abraham was wealthy. He owns huge properties, cemeteries, and all kinds of animals and wealth.King David obviously was rich as well as his son king Solomon. There is nothing wrong with wealth or richest. But the rich people must bear in mind that we will all leave everything behind. We will all die and be buried in the same dirt. We will all stand in the presence of God to give an account of what we have done in this life. We have the same maker and soon stand on the same Judge- the Lord Jesus Christ. - Proverbs 22:2 KJV The rich and poor meet together: the Lord is the maker of them all.

The unbelieving wealthy people invests their riches for themselves and personal interests. I invest for God. They are goal oriented and focused on temporal, I am for eternal. Matthew 6:19-21 KJV Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: [20] But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: [21] For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Don't feel bad or feel sorry for yourself because you are poor. If you're a Christian and you invest your time, your treasure, and your talents for God- you are good, you are doing the right thing, and you are way better off than the wealthiest person living...

Be content, be happy, enjoy life and every bit of it, and rejoice in the Lord.

Apostle Paul was in prison and was not in comfort zone but notice what he wrote to remind us all: Philippians 4:4-13 KJV
Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. [5] Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. [6] Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. [7] And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. [8] Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. [9] Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. [10] But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity. [11] Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. [12] I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. [13] I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

May you will live this life worthy of His praise, and you are living your life according to His will.

Quote of the Day:
Gratefulness means being thankful, full of gratitude, and most of all- for me, its contentment and being satisfied with what you have in the midst of any circumstances in life.

Prayer and worship must come with thanksgiving to God. It's the time of giving of thanks to God for what He has done, and what He will be doing in our lives during our fellowship together with Him. The Bible said; "24- And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25- Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:24, 25 KJV)

I am not personally affected by children being loud at church during worship. It's better for them to be at church loud and noisy than somewhere else. Proverbs 14:4 KJV Where no oxen are , the crib is clean: but much increase is by the strength of the ox.

Many people may disagree on this verse. I see this everyday; people who works more than 40 hours a week, business people who sacrificed their family and relationships, while others committed crime in the name of riches. - Proverbs 13:7 KJV There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches.

There is no other way to win the battle and our war with the enemy but by God's precious promises in His Word and in His power and grace. - Joshua 1:5 KJV There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
