"Delight" is an amazing word. It is a positive word sometimes used from a positive outcome, reaction or reactions. The Lord our God, King David, and Apostle Paul spoke of it.

Verse to ponder: Isaiah 58:2 KJV [2] Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.

One of the Beatles song says; "I don't know why you say goodbye, I say hello..." This is the common phrase in many homes all over the world. When my children were young, we used to spend time together. But now that they're older;  they have their own schedules, they have their own way, they have work, school, friends, and their own agenda. Spending time with family is occasional already. Week ends is the only time for us to spend time together.

Enjoy them while they're young and they're your captives. Spend time together and go to church together. It should not be an option but an opportunity to be together.

Have you ever been reminded of something or someone just by the sound of his or her voice? Sometimes voices can also be deceiving. But there are voices that you really wanted to hear. It sounds like heaven to you when you started listening to it. BUT...

I- Do you hear the voice of God through His Word or the preaching of His Word?- Deuteronomy 4:33 KJV [33] Did ever people hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as thou hast heard, and live?

"Mother! Mother! I Am Sick...!"

There was a story of a woman who was rejected by a little boy and laugh at because of her looks.

One day after so many years that they (the mother and the boy) did not see each other because the mother went overseas for work; the mother came home for the first time after the tragic incident where the mother save her baby from the fire that totally put their home to ashes. She saved the boy's life without any scratch, but it took on her. She got first degree burns all over her body just to save the boy's life.

Unfortunately this boy who met his mother for the first time, not knowing that the ugly woman that he laugh at because of her looks was his mother who sacrificed her life to save his... Ungrateful!

We are all Strangers in a land where we were born. We cannot deny the fact that we will all "Just a passing through..." as the song says. The place and the roots of origin will just identify us and our country of citizenship or place of birth is just a confirmation or evidence.
