What It Meant to be in Abundance

"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (‭John‬ ‭10‬:‭10‬ KJV)

The measure of abundance in the world's standard is opposite from what Jesus teaches in the Scriptures. It's the same with how the world measures the success of a man or a woman. When Jesus said; "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." He did not meant financial, material, or worldly wealth and luxuries. What He meant first and foremost are the overflowing joy, love, peace, spiritual blessings, and the well of Living water that overflows unto good works.

Apostle Paul put it this way; "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:" (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭9‬:‭8‬ KJV)
