Who can rejoice to see the evil of this world? We can’t rejoice in the things that hurt others.
Will we delight in spite of the frightening happenings in our world? Have you been in tears and fears from the scheme of the wicked that hurled the stones of sin? Rejoice in God for He is control, - Philippians 4:4 KJV Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
