Chaotic and Purposeless Protests

Chaotic and Purposeless Protests

People went out to protests with their BAD emotions and greed! It was not the kind of mind set Dr. Martin Luther King has when he was out on the streets as Civil Rights leader. Protestors can voice out their sentiments through Media, Social Media, Peaceful Protests, and writing an article in your local newspaper.

You defeat your purpose when you start to hurt someone's business, struggles with the Law Enforcers who are out there to keep the "Peace and Order" in your community or city, and stealing or looting the properties of others.

I suggest to gather all the Videos of people who burned, destroyed, vandalized, looted the stores and lock them up. Those Thugs and Mobs, and opportunists, and robbers must be arrested and pay the price of their lawlessness and violent protests.

The four (4) BAD Apples in the Police force did something stupid and uncivilized; and you cannot counter, and resolve such disgusting attitudes and acts with negative expressions of protests.

In my early days, I was involved in Strikes, Rally against the heinous crimes committed by the rebels in the Philippines, and I was in the streets fighting for what is right, for democracy and morality. But we never done those in a violent way or looting in the name of the cause we were fighting for.

Burning of the Police cars, causing chaos and disorder will just make the minorities looks bad. We need to stand united to solve the problems of racism, inequality, poverty, abused of power, and Police brutality. Remember that the Police force is not our enemy. The murder case of Mr. George Floyd by the four policemen does not represents the whole Police force of the country.

Stop the non sense and purposeless protests. Like what the Mayor of Atlanta, Georgia said; "Go home...!" I am not a big fan of CNN, but throwing stones and breaking their windows and building is unacceptable. Its not civilized, its not right, and it will not help the family of Mr. George Floyd and our cities, and country.

I wish our Lawmakers (Congress and Senate) will work on a BiPartisan- "Federal Law" in relation to Violent Protests and Lootings. A long term jail time might make the Thugs and Mobs think twice before doing something idiotic or make them cease from their stupidity.

My heart breaks of what Mr. George Floyd went through in the hands of the bad cops before his death, and the pain his family are in during this very difficult time in their life.

The Protectors of the Law were the Suspects !

The Protectors of the Law were the Suspects!

I condemn the murderous deeds of the Police Officers in Minneapolis not because the victim was Black, but because the so called Protectors of the Law and of the citizens were the suspects. And the executors of the abominable, wicked, sinful, disgusting and disturbing acts were on duty in their Blue Uniform.

Which of the words that these officers didn't understand when Mr. George Floyd was begging for his life, and was saying; "I can't breath..." Were they not trained to subdue, control, and calm down the situation, the probable suspect/s, or victim/s in any given circumstances? But the way the officers handled the non life threatening situation, (it was seem to me) that the officers were over reacting, and exaggerated the situation.

Job suspension and suspension of all their benefits is not enough to ease the pain of the family of Mr. George Floyd. Justice must be served, and they must stand in court, and never be employed again in any Law Enforcement Agencies. The four (4) Police Officers should be Lock up, and pay the family of Mr. Floyd for their loss.

All the Opportunists mob who burned, destroyed, ransacked, and looted the businesses must be put to Justice as well. Disorderly conduct, rebellion, violence, and throwing stones to the Law Enforcers are unacceptable. It is not civil to go out there and do such things in retaliation to what the BAD Apples did to helpless George Floyd.

Is it conclusive that the reason why Mr. Floyd got killed by the white cops due to Racial discrimination? If he was murdered because of the color of his skin; then the 4 Police Officers will have more cases on their head other than murder.

I appreciate President Donald Trump for directing and sending the FBI, and other Team for Rapid Investigation of the Case.

I hope the Black Community in Minneapolis will stay calm and not put the Law in their hands. "The Rule of Law" must prevail!

What Do You Get from Voting Democrats?

POLITICS:
#Boklit

What do you get from Voting Democrats? Anti church, anti God, anti religious freedom, anti Christ, anti Jews and Christians, and anti Immigration Law.

Many churches have an average attendance of 30 or 50 to a 200 or 500 capacity buildings, and the Dems are closing them. The stores such as Home Depot and Lowes and others, opened their doors to hundreds of Customers, and I don't see any changes on the stats with regards to death and victims of #WuhanChinaCoronaVirus (#WCCV19).

I don't buy the notion that this is about 'safety and protection'. No! This is about power and control. This is about politics. Or this is about the destruction of President Donald Trump by the bad and subtle policies of the Dems if I'm not mistaken.

This is religious persecution, spiritual suppression, abuse of power, idiocracy, and stupidity. This is usurping the authority of the churches, synagogues, mosques, and other religious denominations. This is overpowering the Authority of the ministers, pastors, bishops, imams, rabbis, and other religious leaders. This is about undermining our religious freedom using Pandemic as a tool to their evil purpose.

It behooved me to believe the understanding and interpretation of other religious groups regarding the doctrines and practices of the Nicolaitans.
(Revelation 2:6; 15) "Those who view the account in Revelation 2 as not literal treat the word "Nicolaitan" not as based upon an individual's name, but as a compound descriptive word. Nico- means "victory" in Greek, and laos means "people" or, more specifically, "the laity". Hence they take the word to mean "lay conquerors" or "conquerors of the lay people".

However, "Nicolaitan" (Greek: Νικολαϊτῶν; Νικολαΐτης) is the name ostensibly given to followers of the heretic Nicolas (Greek: Νικόλαος).[citation needed] The name itself means "victorious over people" or "victory of the people", but it is a name that a person would have been given[citation needed] at birth.[11]" (Wikipedia)

The Lord Jesus Christ hated these kind of practices- "Revelation 2:6 KJV
But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate." "Revelation 2:15 KJV
So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate."

It's not rocket science, just plain common sense. You don't need to have a Bachelor Degree in Religious Education or be an expert of the Bible to understand that church, worship, fellowship of the saints is ESSENTIAL.

Please forward this to your Mayor, Governor, and Legislators. Or share this so we can start a movement and stand together for the cause. Be counted by making this known to those who are in power.

Your So- Called "Baptist Hymnal" is Questionable

Your So- Called "Baptist Hymnal" is Questionable.

Why call it "Baptist Hymnal" when most of the Hymns on the Hymnbook were either written, composed, or arranged by protestants? Most of the Hymns you sing in your so- called "Baptist Hymnals" were from Methodist, Lutheran, Wesleyan, Episcopalian, Classical Music Composers, or Calvinists. Some of the writers are Calvinist, Unitarian, or they embraced the doctrines opposite from the Fundamental doctrines of the Baptists.

Therefore, what kind or genre of church music do you prefer to use for worship or listen for personal enjoyment? Songs such as "Dwelling in Beulah Land" and "In the Garden" were not written by a Fundamental Baptist songwriter, but many Baptists use such songs in their worship. But there are Contemporary, Praise and Worship songs, and other genres that were composed by Baptists with sound doctrine.

There are issues, questions, and clarifications in terms of standards in choice of Music at church that every pastor must put their hearts and minds on. Julia Ward Howe for example was an Episcopalian and Unitarian on her view of God. And she was problematic in her marriage and was against equality. She wrote "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" and it was not written for church hymn or worship, but for political reasons during the Civil War. (Check on Wikipedia). Obviously, many conservatives and Fundamental Baptist churches use her songs or hymns for worship. I did and I still enjoy singing the hymn.

If Christian churches will set a standard for music, which of the following would it be? Is it just fine to use the protestants' hymns? Or do you have to know who the writers are, and their view of God, the Scriptures or their Statement of Faith? Will we be more conscious and firm on the tempo or genre or must be more doctrinal?

Speaking of church music with sound doctrines; notice the hymn- "The Church's One Foundation" on its first stanza on third line it says; "From heav'n came and sought her To be His holy bride…" Remember Jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost as recorded in Luke 19:10, and as we all know that the Lord Jesus Christ was not born to die for the church but for the lost. The church is not lost… This is Calvinism, and this is not doctrinally sound, and not Scriptural.

To be sarcastic and dogmatic on music is not a good plumbline for church's standard of Christianity. Here is another hymn that is not Biblically right. Check on "Come, Thou Almighty King". On the third stanza it says; "Come, Holy Comforter, Thy sacred witness bear In this glad hour! Thou, who Almighty art, Now rule in every heart…" The Lord will not and does not "rule the heart" of the godless, atheists, or unbelievers. (Colossians 3:15). God rules the Universe, but He is outside of every heart of man who refused to accept Him as their Savior and Ruler of their heart, therefore God can't be in their hearts.

Don't get me wrong, I love hymns, but sometimes it freaks me out while singing at church when I analyze and compare what the song says, as to what the Bible says.

I'm sure many of you love the hymn "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder". A doctor/pastor friend of mine pointed this out to me when we were in California, and I was standing next to him at the church service. He said this is doctrinally wrong. Then I figured out that the hymn's message sounds like the writer was talking about the Rapture, but he was not. Notice the first stanza, first line; "When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound and time shall be no more…" The writer was talking about the Second Coming and the End of the World. "Time shall be no more…" that would be the Millennium Kingdom of Christ or the One Thousand Years reign of Christ.

Setting a standard on Church's music must be with careful scrutiny especially with its Biblical message and not be concentrated on the genre or tempo. The use of instruments is the most erratic way in setting a standard for your church music.

I don't believe in "Baptist Music Heritage" or "Baptist Hymnal", because all my life as a pastor and a Christian; most of the hymnals I sang at church were not "Baptist" in origin. Rock Music is the only genre for me that is unacceptable during worship, that's the only one that is outside of my preference.

Enjoy your preferred Christian music and spiritual songs or hymns if it draws you closer to our God.

Why Being a "Baptist" is Not a Big Deal for Me!

Why Being a "Baptist" is Not a Big Deal to Me!

I assume you will ask a question "Why"? I grew up attending the Sunday School and Worships in four (4) different Baptist churches. I was influenced, taught by, indoctrinated, and shaped by Convention Baptist, Fundamental Baptist, Independent Baptist, and Bible Baptist from Sunday School, until I was a teenager. I got saved in a very conservative Baptist Church in Malabon. I was called by the Lord in a Baptist Church. I got married in a Baptist Church with 2 Baptist Officiating ministers. And I finished my Seminary Education in a very Fundamental and conservative school- the International Baptist Theological College. We have a very sound Baptist doctrines and Baptist Polity. I pastored and planted Baptist churches in the Philippines and the USA. At the time of this writing, I am an active member of the Southern Baptist in Michigan, United States of America.

Apparently, my roots, my foundation, and my Biblical stands were shaped by "Baptists". All my life as a Christian, and a minister of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ; I worship, I teach, I preach in Baptist congregations. But I don't make a BIG deal of being a "Baptist ". I'm more proud of being identified with the Lord Jesus Christ. I'm more proud to be called Christian, Born Again believer, Disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ, or Servant of God, and son of God. (Acts 11:26, 26:28, I Peter 4:16, John 3:1- 7, 1:12, Matthew 12:49). I would rather be called a die- hard Christian than a die- hard Baptist.

How many of the "Baptist Fanatic" worshippers will sit in a Baptist church pews, sing some songs from a "Baptist Hymnal" with Hymns mostly written, composed or arranged by either Lutheran, Methodist, Wesleyan, and sadly either unbelievers, worldly entertainers, or compromisers. I'm sure your pastor led you to sing with him your favorite hymn such as "Ode to Joy". I may have a little idea of what's in your mind. You are asking a question of "What the heck is "Ode to Joy" anyways? It is a classical music, an Anthem in Europe, and you are singing it on some Sundays or Wednesdays when your song leader asked you to turn your so called "Baptist Hymnal" to page #1, "Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee". Yes, you were singing a Hymnal that was actually  Classical Music, and was a Modern or Contemporary Music during their times.

And then after a long ad lib from your song leader being proud to be a "Baptist", he will ask you to join him to another hymn just the next page from the song that you just enjoyed singing. Now turn to page #2 and let's sing a song from a dissenter, Calvinist, and Unitarian songwriter. "Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing". Check out who Robert Robinson is on Google and you will know more about him.

Let's not go any farther from the pages we just have had... now turn to page #11 of your hymnal and check out who Andrae Crouch is on Google. I love Andrae's music, and I love his compositions, and what he was doing for our Lord. But to a Legalistic, Super High Standard Baptist pastor; you may not even let him stand in your pulpit if he was a member of your church when you found out everything about him with regards to his career outside of church; yet you love singing his songs in your church. Check his songs on Google.

Being a "Baptist" to me is no difference being a member of any religious groups in the whole world. My dad was a Baptist all his life, but nothing has changed in him- not until he came to know the Lord Jesus Christ in a very personal way. Nothing has changed in my life growing up a Baptist until I met the Lord Jesus Christ in a personal way. That was when I became a Born Again Christian. Don't make a BIG DEAL on being a "Baptist" because it's not your identity. Your identity is with Christ; therefore you're called- "Christian" and "Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ" or "Born Again".

You may have used (John 3:16; 3:1- 7; 1:12, and II Corinthians 5:17). Did it ever mention the word "Baptist" for your salvation? You can put a crown over your head with a "Baptist" narrative, doctrines, and standards on it, but if The Lord Jesus Christ is not in your heart, there is no difference between your Baptist religion with other religions across your church building. Be happy you're a Baptist, but be proud you were bought with a price- by the Lamb of God, and you're a Christian. (I Corinthians 6:19- 20; 7:17- 23) Am I a "Baptist Bride"? Check Out Next time!

Quote of the Day

Quote of the Day:
Hannah was the First woman in the Holy Bible who acquired the first "PDF" (Prayerful, Determined, and Faith)- and Faithful unto the end. She was very prayerful. She Prayed to have a son and God gave him Samuel the prophet. She was Determined to get what she desired, in spite of persecution, opposition, and mockings from the enemy; she was persistent, and God gave it to her. Her Faith was geared to the Rock of Ages. Do you have Hannah's "PDF"?
