Anything that's flowing could either be good or bad. Before the Exodus, the children of Israel received the good news from Moses regarding the promised land flowing with milk and honey.- And also, God saw tears flowed from their eyes due to their afflictions, sorrows, and bondage.- Exodus 3:7 KJV And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
