Why President Rodrigo Duterte Need to Look at Himself to Prove that There is God?
I don't want president Rodrigo Duterte to resign on any reason even if he wanted to, because he is a good leader and president. And there is no need to prove to him the existence of God because God has declared it and revealed Himself through creations. (Psalm 19:1) God also revealed Himself through His Word, history, and the Lord Jesus Christ. But Mr. Duterte cannot refute the proof of the changed lives of those who submit to God, and believe in Him through faith and repentance. When they look up to the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures, their lives was never been the same.
This is the the proof that may be very offensive to the president. And with due respect to him as a leader of whom I greatly admired; President Rodrigo Duterte is one of the proof of the existence of God. His foolishness of not believing in God is the proof in itself. All he have to do is to look at himself, check his heart and mind, and read this verses of the Scriptures. Psalm 53:1 KJV "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good." And (Psalm 14:1).
Here is more if that hurts already, 1 Corinthians 1:18-31 KJV "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. [19] For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. [20] Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? [21] For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. [22] For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: [23] But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; [24] But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. [25] Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. [26] For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called : [27] But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; [28] And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea , and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: [29] That no flesh should glory in his presence. [30] But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: [31] That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord."
Let me say this to the pastors, the priests, and especially the Christians: don't put your president in your spiritual, religious, and Biblical standards. Pray for him and ask God to touch his heart. Tell him the truth in love through mass media especially in social media where most of the common people can read it. This could be God's hands in the making- so everyone in the Philippines and the whole world could start searching for the truth, and seek God's face. And they will turn from the man- made god to the true living God.
The writings of Apostle Paul in the book of Romans should have been a good reminder to almost 90% of Filipinos, especially the religious leaders of the huge group of churches. -Romans 1:16-32 KJV "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. [17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. [18] For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; [19] Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. [20] For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: [21] Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. [22] Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, [23] And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
