This is a "Poor Man's" Lunch or Dinner in the Philippines. Rice, Shrimp Paste, and Coffee or Tea. We used to have these almost everyday when I was growing up in abject poverty. But today, this is a Special Lunch for me because we don't always have Shrimp Paste at home. I prefer to have this than Fried Chicken, Spring Rolls, and Baked Fish in our Fridge.
