During the Cold War, the USA was helping the countries under the oppression of the Communists Party or Socialist Ideology, and was pursuing to eliminate such; up to the point of sending our military troops to fight for democracy, and freedom from oppression. If the American voters will vote for Bern Sanders who is a Socialist, I don't know what to call them (Bern Sanders followers).
We need to educate the people of the evil of Socialism. This ideology will put this country to MORE DEBTS, make more lazy and dependent people to the rich and wealthy, more government control, more taxes to the wealthy and big businesses. The government will start telling us what to do because they pay for our children's education, put food on our table, give us free healthcare in the expense of the rich and wealthy, big businesses, and the government's businesses.
Senator Bern Sanders' followers see the good side of Socialism, not knowing the bad results of it in the process of time. Socialism means more government's power, more government control, more food stamps and free stuffs for those who don't want to work hard and climb the ladder to success. You're right- "Who will pay the taxes...?" It's so unfortunate to see so many Americans are so politically blinded, and are uninformed.
People from Cuba, the Communist Country of Vietnam, China and other Socialists and Communists countries wanted to come here in the USA and enjoy our freedom, prosperity and capitalistic ideology- unfortunately, many uninformed Americans wanted to embrace such by supporting and electing Bern Sanders. I assume many of those who flees their country and came here as a refugee or seek political asylum due to their stands against Communism and Socialism may find themselves sandwich by two countries (may nowhere to go) if Bern Sanders is elected.
Mao Zedong, Vladimir Lenin, and Karl Marx, Pol Pot and others will have their last laugh; in their grave. Fidel Castro would be laughing even in his sleep and dreams. The Socialists, and the Communist Party of the Philippines will also be celebrating.
Then, what the former (USSR) was saying during the Cold War- "We will take America without firing a shot ... we will bury you!"
