We all have lift heavy things, heavy burdens, heavy loads, and heavy losses. In this world; we will for sure trod in a path with our souls, our hearts, and minds filled with heaviness. Sad but true; some people just make their physical life heavy by not taking care of it by physical exercise and proper diet.- 1 Samuel 4:18 KJV
