Is anger sinful? Is it part of being human to be angry? Does it please the God to see his children living and anger? What if a Christian is angry to someone?

I- To be angry is not sinful because Jesus and God the Father is angry at sin and in the hardness of our hearts.- .Mark 3:5 KJV And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
II- To be angry is human but God don't want us to live in anger and resentment. God wants us to have anger for sin and unrighteousness.- Ephesians 4:31 KJV Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: (Colossians 3:8)
III- God’s desire for us is to love and not to hate or live in anger.- John 15:18 KJV If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
