A “vow” may have diminished from the minds, from the hearts and ears of man, but it will always be in the memory and presence of God. You cannot make a vow to God, to your spouse or friends; and just jump over it or overlook it.
Do you have an unfulfilled vow to God? It's not too late to work it out.- Ecclesiastes 5:4-5 KJV
When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. [5] Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.

Your vow to your spouse to love him/her was settled in heaven. It's “until death do us part…” Any vows are holy in the sight of God. Don't make one and take it lightly.- Proverbs 20:25 KJV It is a snare to the man who devoureth that which is holy, and after vows to make enquiry.
