The wise are not necessarily be the knowledgeable or the educated. Jesus’ disciplines did not have the highly educational attainment of our days, but they were called the wise and prudent, and the men of fear and filled with wisdom from God.

I- Why they were called wise?- 2 Timothy 3:15 KJV And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
II- Who made them wise?- 1 Corinthians 4:10 KJV We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.
III- Would you want to be wise?- James 3:13 KJV Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
Verse to Ponder: 1 Corinthians 3:19 KJV For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
