We have greater purpose in unity of marriage. Sex and the physical unity of the couple as husband and wife are not just some of the factors and elements of marriage. It is not just about our relationship as husband and wife, but our relationship with God. Marriage is a love triangle. Yes, it is always a love triangle with God and your spouse. A relationship so different from the people's mind set. The Foundation is from above- God is the only Foundation. He is the One who created marriage and He was the One Who first instituted marriage in the garden of Eden. Picture in your mind a triangle every time you think of your marriage. With God on the top and the husband on the right side of the triangle and the wife on the left side. The bottom side of the triangle would be the Holy Bible as the foundation of your home. You may let the Holy Spirit dwell in your home by letting Him in inside your triangle. Few years ago I wrote a song about family with this idea.
The Bible says; "26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground. 27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. 28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it.
