Word of Wisdom from Daily Devotion

Proverbs 30:1 KJV [1] The words of Agur the son of Jakeh, even the prophecy: the man spake unto Ithiel, even unto Ithiel and Ucal,

Word or words is use as a great means of communication from the lowest to the highest level of life. What may be said can't be erased and put to rest; especially if it's negative or even for someone else's advantage. May we treasure our word or words by using such with decency and in a very professional way.

I- The retribution to those who take the words out of the prophecy- Revelation 22:19 KJV [19] And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

II- The rewards for those who read and hear the words of this prophecy- Revelation 1:3 KJV [3] Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

III- The call to remembrance on the words of the prophecy- Jude 1:17 KJV [17] But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Verse to Ponder: 2 Timothy 1:13 KJV [13] Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 29:2 KJV [2] When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

Joy is something you can't buy anywhere, neither would peace and rejoicing be in a room for auction. Only Jesus can give these priceless things we received, and who can offer such blessings, with love from above given to all His beloved- "rejoice" indeed!

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- Rejoice in the Lord always- Philippians 4:4 KJV [4] Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

II- Rejoice in the Lord greatly... - Philippians 4:10 KJV [10] But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.

III- Rejoice in Christ Jesus- Philippians 3:3 KJV [3] For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 28:1 KJV [1] The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

Do you flee because you have no money to pay? Or may be, you might have flee because you are either guilty or somewhat afraid to act accordingly. Just like Joseph; he flee from the temptation of the evil one, and flee because he did not agree with what the wife of Potiphar wanted him to see and do! May this will apply to you too!

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- Some will flee for fear of a sure death- Genesis 27:42-43 KJV [42] And these words of Esau her elder son were told to Rebekah: and she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said unto him, Behold, thy brother Esau, as touching thee, doth comfort himself, purposing to kill thee. [43] Now therefore, my son, obey my voice; and arise, flee thou to Laban my brother to Haran;

II- Some Christians will flee in obedience to God and for their faith- Psalm 11:1 KJV [1] In the Lord put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain? Jeremiah 51:6 KJV [6] Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the Lord's vengeance; he will render unto her a recompence.

III- Some Christians flee from sin, unfortunately other believers embrace sin- Genesis 39:12 KJV [12] And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me: and he left his garment in her hand, and fled, and got him out.

Verse to Ponder: 1 Timothy 6:11 KJV
[11] But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 27:1 KJV [1] Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

If thou knowest not what's best for thee, for your life and how thou livest for God at the end of your journey; may thou attain thy desire, and goals in life, thy prayers unto Him shalt thou entrust, and in God's power everything will come to pass.

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- God knowest the hearts of everyone from the least to the greatest- Acts 1:24 KJVB[24] And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men , shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,

II- God know His servants; from the highest positions to the remotest place on earth- 2 Samuel 7:20 KJV [20] And what can David say more unto thee? for thou, Lord God , knowest thy servant.

III- God knows if we love Him- John 21:15 KJV [15] So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 26:2 KJV
[2] As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

Have you ever been wondering why you are still  wandering in the wilderness of wonder? May be it's because of the life you have lived like the days of old under the leadership of old Moses the prophet. They were released to just walk through the wilderness and step on the promised land of which they called Canaan.

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- The idle and busy bodies are sometimes wandering from house to house- 1 Timothy 5:13 KJV [13] And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.

II- The followers of Cain, Balaam, and Core are wanderers of which they are all in eternal darkness- Jude 1:13 KJV [13] Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

III- Don't be like the bird by wandering (they have no plans and final destination-  Proverbs 26:2 KJV [2] As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.

http://www.barnesandnoble.com/mobile/w/thanksgiving-every-day-ely-roque-sagansay/1116821340

Proverbs 25:2 KJV [2] It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

The glory belongs not to you and me, we can be a part of His ministry, but be sure not to take, claim, or steal the glory, because only God deserves the honor, and praise- nothing more and nothing less.

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- God's glory- Psalm 19:1 KJV [1] The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

II- God deserves to get the glory- Psalm 115:1 KJV [1] Not unto us, O Lord , not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. Isaiah 42:8 KJV [8] I am the Lord : that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

III- Jesus claims the glory- John 7:18 KJV
[18] He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 24:1 KJV [1] Be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

When I think of evil, I'm reminded of the devil, he seek to temp, destroy, and make me be his prey, but I know he'll never win no matter what's ahead of me, because if I only trust God, everything may not be okey, but I know God is please and we'll all be happy!

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- Don't follow the multitude to do evil- Exodus 23:2 KJV [2] Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment :

II- Avoid the evil congregation...- Numbers 14:27 KJV [27] How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.

http://www.barnesandnoble.com/mobile/w/thanksgiving-every-day-ely-roque-sagansay/1116821340

III- Put away all evil- Judges 20:13 KJV [13] Now therefore deliver us the men, the children of Belial, which are in Gibeah, that we may put them to death, and put away evil from Israel. But the children of Benjamin would not hearken to the voice of their brethren the children of Israel:

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 23:1 KJV [1] When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

Consider it right for me to write about what might be inspiring and to some might be encouraging. The world badly need God's Word, it's something Christians must be involved! Therefore consider it well, and be a part of God's perfect will.

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- Consider God's servant...- Job 2:3 KJV [3] And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause. (Job 1:8)

II- Consider the wondrous works of God- Job 37:14 KJV [14] Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

III- In the day of adversity and prosperity, consider God- Ecclesiastes 7:14 KJV [14] In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

Word of Wisdom  from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 22:1 KJV [1] A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.

Chosen is the word I chose, thinking what I have chosen for word of wisdom will make us all feel like being in line with God which is more precious than being chosen to represent a company or a country. God chose me to serve Him, and I humbly take the blessing and honor to be His servant. Choose Him (Jesus) now for your salvation.

I- Chosen to shew forth the praises...- 1 Peter 2:9 KJV[9] But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

II- Chosen to be a soldier of God- 2 Timothy 2:4 KJV [4] No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

III- Chosen to be with the Savior in the last days- Revelation 17:14 KJV [14] These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Verse to Ponder: Psalm 119:30 KJV
[30] I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me .

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 21:2 KJV
[2] Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

In NIV it says; "A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart." Whatever comes to our minds have been in our hearts already. Everything that are process in our minds originates in our hearts. The Lord sees and knows our hearts.

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- God pondereth all our goings- Proverbs 5:21 KJV [21] For the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord , and he pondereth all his goings.

II- God pondereth our hearts- Proverbs 21:2 KJV [2] Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.

http://www.barnesandnoble.com/mobile/w/thanksgiving-every-day-ely-roque-sagansay/1116821340

III- God pondereth all our works- Proverbs 24:12 KJV [12] If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it ? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it ? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?

Verse to Ponder: Luke 2:19 KJV [19] But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 20:2 KJV
[2] The fear of a king is as the roaring of a lion: whoso provoketh him to anger sinneth against his own soul.

In NBA finals, the announcer said about the stadium being loud and the people are roaring. According to Google roaring means "making or uttering a loud, deep, or harsh prolonged sound. "he was greeted everywhere with roaring crowds" informal obviously or unequivocally the thing mentioned (used for emphasis). "the final week of Hamlet was a roaring successThe Scriptures used the words "roar" or "roaring" in several instances and references.

I- The roaring of the Son of God, the Savior- Psalm 22:1 KJV [1] My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

II- The roaring of Satan- the adversary of the saints- 1 Peter 5:8 KJV [8] Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

III- The roaring of their suffering or the roaring of the sick- Psalm 32:3 KJV [3] When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

Proverbs 18:1 KJV
[1] Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.

To separate means to dedicate yourself to God. There is no way man will try to either negotiate or initiate something that is inappropriate if he is walking straight for God. If you want to really be in God's service, then you have to be separated for God.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

I- Separated to sanctify- 1 Chronicles 23:13 KJV [13] The sons of Amram; Aaron and Moses: and Aaron was separated, that he should sanctify the most holy things, he and his sons for ever, to burn incense before the Lord , to minister unto him, and to bless in his name for ever.

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

II- Separated to service- 1 Chronicles 25:1 KJV [1] Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:

III- separated from sin and filthiness- Ezra 6:21 KJV [21] And the children of Israel, which were come again out of captivity, and all such as had separated themselves unto them from the filthiness of the heathen of the land, to seek the Lord God of Israel, did eat,

President Ronald Reagan on QaddafiDon't you miss this kind of leadership? I do and I always long to see America rise again. We don't have this for 8 years now. It's always the guns and weapons that are in fault every time there is Terrorist's attack; be it in our own soil or somewhere else. It's always the former president's fault for having all these problems. We need a leader the like of president Reagan and others who were not afraid to mention the names of the terrorists and execute war against them. That's Legacy. The USA seems to be on the defensive side on terrorism. It can't even contain and stop the homegrown terrorists. Sad.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 17:1 KJV [1] Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife.

When you're full and recharged, even if life is  quite hard, it's always a treasure though not so much with pleasure. Life is full of surprises, often an odd of circumstances, and of rainy days; may your day be filled with His grace, His mercy throughout eternity!

Your life, your home, your church can be full of...

I- Full of wickedness- Leviticus 19:29 KJV [29] Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness.

II- Full of blessing of the Lord- Deuteronomy 33:23 KJV [23] And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the Lord : possess thou the west and the south.

III- Full of the spirit of wisdom- Deuteronomy 34:9 KJV [9] And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the Lord commanded Moses.

Verse to Ponder: Ruth 2:12 KJV [12] The Lord recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the Lord God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 16:2 KJV [2] All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth the spirits.

http://www.ely-roque-sagansay.com

Way or ways, it's the path we may take, we stand and trod the rough road of which God may have lead us. The choice is ours and it must always be right. But if it's in God's hand everything will be fine.

http://bookstore.westbowpress.com/Products/SKU-000972320/The-New-Christmas-Every-Day.aspx

I- Man's ways (it must be wisely)- 1 Samuel 18:14 KJV [14] And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the Lord was with him. Or this- Isaiah 66:3 KJV [3] He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations.

II- God's ways- Isaiah 55:9 KJV [9] For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

III- The devil's ways- 2 Peter 2:2 KJV
[2] And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

A soft answer by a soft spoken person will surely make a difference in a conversation where no one could be declared a winner. It's better to be quite than get into a heated argument. Use soft answer and you can soften a hardened heart.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Jesus said in "Matthew 10:16 KJV [16] Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." Serpents are wise and subtle.

II- We must be wise as Christians or stewards of God and in our sacrifices for God- Luke 12:42 KJV [42] And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?

III- We must be wise as Christ's witnesses- Daniel 12:3 KJV [3] And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 13:2 KJV
[2] A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth: but the soul of the transgressors shall eat violence.

Fruit is great for health and for long life. But we also have fruit of our labor, we also have spiritual fruit as Christians. The Lord Jesus Christ in the Scriptures talk about fruit that remains. John 15:16 KJV [16] Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

I- Fruit of the Spirit-Galatians 5:22 KJV [22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

II- Fruit of our sin- Romans 7:5 KJV [5] For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. (Micah 6:7)

III- Fruit in His season- Psalm 1:3 KJV [3] And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Verse to Ponder: Proverbs 12:12 KJV
[12] The wicked desireth the net of evil men : but the root of the righteous yieldeth fruit .
