The word "killed" is really not a bad word. We may use it in reference or replacement on the words cease or stop. In a colloquial conversations such as saying phrases like; "You killed it..." Or "You killed the nuisance talks..." Everyone obviously know that to "kill" or being "killed" is the worst thing that can happen. When my lap top is kind of slow,  it's giving me an option: wait or kill?
