“Heaviness may come to us from different sources and reasons. We may be the cause of having heaviness in our hearts, and life. Heaviness may also comes from the Lord to make us do what He bids us do. We need to discern the Holy Spirit’s voice as He gives us the burdens in our hearts and heaviness in our soul and spirit.
