REGRET
You've done something stupid, you said something you should have not said, you made a bad decision, and all went from failure after failures. You hurt someone and it made you felt so bad for what happened, and you felt sorry for yourself. I may call it "regret" and "remorse". Have you experienced such? "Repentance" is the other word for regret, but if used in theological term, it means turning back from Satan to God, and asking for the forgiveness of your sins.
