"The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel;" (Proverbs 1:1 KJV)
The word "Proverbs" may just be a plain 'word' to some people, but to king Solomon, to many Chinese citizens, and to those who love wisdom; it means life, and guidance in life. To every Christians; it means it's from God. "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."
