Proverbs 23:1 KJV
"When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:"
Ruler or rulers are people who leads, dictate, control, care, but some, they destroy and divide the country or group. A ruler is a leader, therefore it is expected of him/her to execute, obey and observe the laws and policies of the land or organization. But the Ruler of rulers is the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the King of kings Who deserves to be followed, worship, and live for... "And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS ."
