Proverbs 11:1 KJV
[1] A false balance is abomination to the Lord : but a just weight is his delight.
The word "false" was used in this verse in reference to balance. It is very unfortunate to witness people having false notion on many things. Some have false faith, false assumptions, false expectations and false love. We may also have:
I- False Hope - Job 8:13 KJV [13] So are the paths of all that forget God; and the hypocrite's hope shall perish: (Job 31:24
II- False Humility - Colossians 2:18 KJV [18] Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, (Colossians 2:23; I Peter 5:5)
III- False Holiness - Matthew 7:15 KJV [15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. (Matthew 24:11- 24)
