1 Kings 20:17 KJV
And the young men of the princes of the provinces went out first; and Ben-hadad sent out, and they told him, saying, There are men come out of Samaria.

This king was a messed. He was the enemy of the people of God. Instead of him coming to God and make peace with the people of God; he stood up against them and declared war against them. During the war, he was drinking and getting drunk. He had fun with his friends. He was celebrating for nothing, not knowing that God's hand was heavy on him. (Read the whole chapter)
