And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.

we cannot deny the fact that millions of people became victims of rape and incest. It's not an excuse to continue in sin such as resort to abortion or rebellion on the part of the victims. The Lord is a just God and He will not condone sin and iniquity. The Bible says; Deuteronomy 32:4 KJV He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
