Mi Daily Devotion

(Matthew 12: 34- 37) “O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” Just like what my friend used to say, “No further explanation, it is crystal clear.” Whatever is in your heart will surely flow out naturally. If your thoughts and what is in your heart is corrupt and distorted, it will surely show in your deeds and words. Did you know that your words and the way you speak is an expression of what’s going on inside of you? Did you know that 18 inches from the top of your head down is a wellspring of blessing, wisdom or gossip and critical spirit? Did you know that you can either make your heart be an overflowing vessel of wisdom and knowledge or you can make it corrupt and a vessel of sin? (Mark 7:21- 23; James 3:1- 18) “The words of a man's mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook.” (Proverbs 18: 4)
