The Failure of Many Pastors
They have succeeded in their field of ministry, but failed their family by not being there when they needed him. Some pastors are shepherding a huge congregation, but failed to shepherd their own flocks at home. "But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel." (1 Timothy 5:8 KJV)

The Failure at Work
Some employees will come to work with truckload of baggage from home, no wonder many of our workplaces have relational and attitude issues.
