We Were Crucified with Christ

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2- And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” (Romans 12:1- 2 KJV)

Are you willing to pray this prayer; “Lord, here’s my life, take it because I’m willing to live and die for you.” Or “whatever God wants me to do, I’m willing to follow, and risks my life even to the danger zones of this life… because I’m willing to die for Christ’s sake.” But Christ wants for us to love Him and to live for Him. A soldier will go to war to protect and to die for his country. It is to obey, be truthful, and be faithful in his duty. As a soldier of Christ, we are here to do more than that. We have to live in His name, and be faithful for His sake. Apostle Paul said; “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20 KJV)

We were crucified with Christ. A believer is crucified, yet he live, and he live, yet not him but Christ. “Serving God does not mean you ought to be willing to die for Him but to live for Him.” ERS. The Bible says; “19- What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20-  For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.” (I Corinthians 6:19- 20 KJV)
