Physical Fitness is Not Just About Physical But Moral and Spiritual Issues

A false balance is abomination to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight. (Proverbs 11:1 King James Version)

We are living in a world of neglect and procrastination in many areas of our lives. Many Christians tends to focus and concentrate on their spiritual life and spiritual growth that they ignore or take lightly the physical sides of life. The good physical health is a wealth from God that can't be replaced by the wealth this world can offer. God gave us everything in this life to enjoy and to use, but not to abuse and overused. We can be abusive to our physical body if we abuse our intake of food and drinks as well as if the control of it is neglected already.

To be in shaped must not be an option, it must be an obligation and a constant goal of every individual- if you want to live longer and live a quality and blissful life. A life full of God's blessings- physical, mental and spiritual. If you make it a balance life, the Lord is pleased and your family will be more blessed. It's time to have a serious check up with your physical well being. My personal goal for myself who used to be sickly and overweight; I go to the gym, I strictly watch my diet and drink more good liquid. Make it be your vow, not a New Year resolution. This should be a New Year of prevention by being healthy and stay in shaped. (I Timothy 4:8; Acts 24:16)
