Wisdom of the Day from Mi Daily Devotion

"My son, attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding:" (Proverbs 5:1 KJV)

The best thing the children can give back or pay back to their parents and show some gratitude and appreciation is to "Pay Attention". No one can match up with the undivided attention children may give to their parents. It may apply to husband and wife or other relationships too. To give someone's your full attention is so expensive that no one can return it back or pay it back in full. Once you've spent your time for someone, it can't never be paid back. It's gone!

It is even more great when wisdom is shared for the benefit of the listeners. Give your full attention not for the one who requested or desire such from you for their own gain and profits; but for your benefit. It's even more of a necessity on the hearers part if it's the parents that want it. May we also be attentive to the Word of God.-By Ely Roque Sagansay
