"A false balance is abomination to the Lord : but a just weight is his delight."
"Delight" is the most used and common word in many Christian churches at the start of the New Year. The reason for that is because of the scheduled "Heart's Desire Sunday" that they set aside for the said purpose - to delight in God in order to obtain your desire or desires in life. It's a special Sunday where many Christians write their heart's desire for the year or years to come and pray for it. What does it (the desire) has to do with delight? The answer is what David wrote; (Psalm 37:4 KJV) "Delight thyself also in the Lord ; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." Read Romans 19:1. - By Ely Roque Sagansay
