Proverbs 9:1 KJV
"Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars:"
The word "hewn" was beautifully defined in YourDictionary.com- "The definition of hewn is something chiseled or shaped with a tool.
- An example of something hewn is a stone marker chiseled from a large rock. verb Hewn is defined as to have made, shaped or cut. a. Having made a pottery bowl is an example of hewn. b. Having cut down a tree is an example of hewn."
We were told by the Lord Jesus Christ to abide in Him because of our frailty and our flaws. He understand our weakness. Jesus said; (John 15:5 KJV) "I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing."
