THE “WE MUST…” FOR PRACTICAL CHRISTIANITY

TUESDAY
MI DAILY DEVOTION
THE “WE MUST…”  FOR PRACTICAL CHRISTIANITY
(Proverbs 3: 1- 2) “My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.”

We must learn to be consistent to our duty, because the Lord expects us to do so. It will also help us to be happy and fulfilled. We must live a life that is dependent upon God, because we can be safe in His will and in His work. We must have the reverential fear of God, because we can be fruitful and be healthful. We must serve God with all our hearts, with all our soul and with all our might, because that is the way to true riches and blessings. We must be sensitive to our afflictions, because that is God’s way of dealing with us. We look up to God in pains and sorrows, because that is how we can gain strength, wisdom and encouragement. We must stand for what is right and we will not let the world and the enemy stand in our way and govern our rights and decision, because that is one of the way wherein we can prove to the world the testimony of His grace. We must learn to do what is right and do all the good we can, because God is watching us and He will honor your good deeds. We must not be the cause of any pain or hurt to our neighbors and friends, because God commanded us to love our neighbors and love our enemy. I believe that if we only practice the “WE MUST…” of practical Christian living; we will have a better world, a better homes, a caring and loving churches and the Lord’s blessings. The reasons why we have the Bible, so we can know Him, we can grow, we can be corrected and live a righteous life.
(II Timothy 3: 16) “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness;”
