Word of Wisdom from Mi Daily Devotion

Proverbs 15:1 KJV
"A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger."

Is it sinful to get angry? Is it a sin to express anger? Anger is an expression of our emotion, and it's also an expression of our dislike, extreme disagreement, hate, etc. Jesus was very angry when He saw the crowd were buying and selling all kinds of worldly things in the temple. (Luke 19:45 KJV) "And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;" Apostle Paul's advice to us from his epistle in Ephesians 4:26 KJV "Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:" Anger becomes sin when it is wrongly handled, and if it is in the flesh or for self satisfaction. Anger also becomes sin when it's being kept in our hearts. Matthew 5:22 KJV "But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire." - By Ely Roque Sagansay
