Proverbs 10:1 KJV
"The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother."
The wise, the smart, the knowledgeable, the know it all (Jack of all trades), the highly intellectual, and the man of wisdom; they are all in different categories. Not every knowledgeable men are also men of wisdom and vice versa. Someone's intelligence might be another man's weakness. To be wise does not mean you have to know all the statistics, equivalents, the dictionary, etc. For me, it's about the wisdom of God- the wisdom of the wise. Be wise and discreet, like Joseph who knew not Pharaoh of the Exodus. The Bible says; "Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt."
