“1- Help, LORD; for
the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men.”
(Psalm 12:1 KJV)
I am not afraid to
fail, because I failed so many times. I’m more scared of not failing. Why? Because it’s either I’m satisfied to be stagnant,
I lost my dreams and visions already, or I’m afraid to take some risks. Whether
I failed or succeeded don’t really matter to me, because what I’ve done, and
what I do is not about me, but because of Him who died for me. A Christian who
is Kingdom focus will never be out of focus. It means your focus is on the
Kingdom of God or for the furtherance of the same.
The people you know
may redicule you for the failure that you went through, but they may not know
that the outcome of the step you’ve taken may just be the beginning of
something beyond your dream and understanding.
When you desire to
please the King, you don’t need the tap on the back of your fellow servant.
Remember that the commendation at the end of this life will not be about your
successes or failures, but it’s about your attitude towards your Master’s trust
on you, and what He has entrusted to you.
Jesus said; “20- And so he that
had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord,
thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five
talents more. 21- His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful
servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over
many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” (Matthew 25:20- 21 KJV)
