“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith
without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)” (Hebrews 10:23
KJV)
The Lord has given us
the freedom of choice. He set before us life and death, evil and good. It's
just a matter of decision for us. A split of a second decision with a lifetime
and eternal results. We need to observe the LWK- Love the Lord, Walk with
the Lord and in His ways, Keep His Word. The blessings will follow and we will
see our promised land.
The prophets experienced the faithfulness and goodness of God. The 3 Hebrew Christians who stood on their feet for God during the evil king Nebuchadnezzar's desire for worship were protected by the Lord. Apostle Paul remained faithful to God in spite of impending death that was set before him. He decided to love God and be faithful to him. How about you?
I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; (Deuteronomy 30:15-17 KJV)
