“3- Remembering without ceasing your
work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus
Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;” ((I Thessalonians 1:3 KJV)
Paul was proud of their faith, of their
love, of their patience and hope. I wonder how many churches we have all over
the world where Paul could be proud of… and would render the same commendation
to such church or churches. Paul was giving thanks to God for the good quality,
and testimony that they have shown as Christians. Paul was praying for them
also for what God was doing in their lives as well as in their church. They
were faithful in performing their duties and executing the Christian faith.
Although on Paul’s part, it was a prayer of thanksgiving and praise, but it was
also a time of recognition and commendation. You can be a crown and joy to your
pastor, parents or leader. Keep up the good work and be focus, stay focus, and
kept the faith for God’s honor and glory!
Apostle Paul wrote; “Therefore, my
brethren, dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the
Lord, my dearly beloved.” (Philippians 4:1 KJV)
