MI DAILY DEVOTION
“A VIRTUOUS WOMAN”
(This portion of MI DAILY DEVOTION is dedicated to my wife in celebration of birthday)
(Proverbs 31:10- 12) 10- “Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. 11- The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. 12- She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.”
“We have ups and down and we also had a roller coaster ride for almost 25 years, but by the grace of God we’re still together. Life is not like a “Blue Lagoon” movie where everything was great and fun while you’re learning things for yourself. A virtuous woman does not mean that she will be a perfect wife. She will not disagree with you. It does not mean that she will always like what you like and love what you love to do. A virtuous woman does not mean that she will always be on fire for you and as romantic as the Hollywood stars on the movie. But if God, the Holy Bible and love is the center of your relationship; the minor and major issues in life will be covered by His love and by His Blood that was shed on the Cross for our sins.”
(Proverbs 31:25-26; 30-31) 25- “Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. 26- She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. 30- Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. 31- Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.”
