Caveat, Signs of the Times, or Fulfilled Prophecies

“1- And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. 2- And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. 3- And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” (Matthew 24:1- 3 King James Version)

Caveat according to Merriam- Webster Dictionary; “An explanation or warning that should be remembered when you are doing or thinking about something. a :warning enjoining one from certain acts or practices b :  an explanation to prevent misinterpretation.

Someone used the word “Caveat” on its comment about my book on Amazon.com. I decided to use this word for our follow up studies on the End Times. Jesus gave us the signs or the warnings of His second coming. These are absolutely the fulfillment of the prophecies in the Scriptures. It is obvious by what we see, what we are going through, how the world has changed. We observe it in its day to day happening in our country and around the world. The first signs or warnings Jesus gave His disciples before He went further about the signs of His second coming was about the physical temple in Jerusalem. He said; “There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.”

According to Wikipedia (The Free Encyclopedia on Yahoo) “When Vespasian was declared Emperor on 1 July 69, Titus was left in charge of ending the Jewish rebellion. In 70, he besieged and captured Jerusalem, and destroyed the city and the Second Temple. For this achievement Titus was awarded a triumph; the Arch of Titus commemorates his victory to this day.” I believe these are the fulfillment of what Jesus was talking about in Matthew twenty four verses one and two.
