God's Plan for Mankind:
"What was the purpose why Jesus Christ came on earth?
It is a good question with a great answer from the Word of God.
One of the purposes of His birth is to bruise Satan and to
break his power and dominion.
“14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou
hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the
field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of
thy life:
15 And I will put enmity
between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise
thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” (Genesis 3:14- 15 KJV)
The judgment of Satan and of the world was at the cross of
Calvary through His death! “30 Jesus answered and said,
This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.
31 Now is the judgment of
this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
32 And I, if I be lifted up
from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
33 This he said, signifying
what death he should die. (John 12:30- 33 KJV)
“8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth
from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he
might destroy the works of the devil.” (I John 3:8 KJV)
