“O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known
his deeds among the people.” (Psalm 105:1 King James Version)
We praise and thank God for His goodness
in our lives. And we express our gratitude to our love ones and friends who
cares and loves us; but have you ever thank the Lord for those who tried to
destroy you, criticize you, used you, made fun of you or persecuted you?
It’s easy to be grateful to people in
your circle, but it’s difficult to say “Thank you” to those who don’t
appreciate you. We need to look up to God instead of expecting from someone we
love, because what really matters most is our attitude toward God.
Prayer: “Father in heaven, I thank you
so much for the open door of gratitude in spite of the wrong attitude we have
for you. Help us to be grateful to any people, and even to the ungrateful. May
we learn positively from them, in Jesus name, Amen!
“To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not
be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee forever.” (Psalms
30:12 KJV)
