(Proverbs 31:1 KJV) "The words of king Lemuel, the prophecy that his mother taught him."
I like this phrase; "that his mother taught him." But the word "taught" should catch our attention. Why? Because it is relevant or timely as we end this year (2015). We must evaluate, and scrutinize our life and what we have learned and what God has taught us this year. We can be taught and learn from an expert, from more experienced, from our parents and teachers, pastors and Sunday school teachers, from personal experience, and most especially from God and His Word. Have you refresh or examine, or ponder upon your heart and mind on what God or your parents have taught you this year-so you could be cautious and smarter as you enter the New Year?
