WORK/JOB VERSUS PASSION/VISION IN THE MINISTRY
(Proverbs 29:18)
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.


WORK/JOB
1- Get paid to work.
2- You’re doing what you were told to do.
3- More concern of politics, power, prestige, personalities, promotion and privileges…
4- Don’t take the risk, they stay on their boundary.
5- Work on their comfort zone.
6- Work to please the boss, superior or the people around him/her for personal interest.
7- He/she may only think of what he/she can get at the end of the day.
8- Fix centered. (money, salary or benefits etc.)
9- Positions and personality focus.
10- They talk and talk…
Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved: but he that is perverse in his ways shall fall at once.  (Proverbs 28:18)

PASSION/VISION
1- Work out of love and in love.
2- Voluntarily do things more than what is required of you.
3- More concern of the people’s needs and the good cause for the Lord.
4- They take the risks in spite of hurdles or obstacles.
5- Work with concern, dedication and sacrifices.
6- Work to please the Lord and for His glory.
7- They focus on how they can touch lives for eternity and be a blessing to others.
8- Faith and Christ centered.
9- Kingdom focus.
10- They walk the talk and talk the walk.
The righteous considereth the cause of the poor: but the wicked regardeth not to know it. (Proverbs 29:7)
