The Spirit of Christmas Made the Whole World Learn to Love and Forgive

“Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.” (I John 3:15 King James Version)

It is impossible to reconcile the words of the Lord Jesus Christ with what the Muslims believe based on what their allah and prophet have said in their koran. How would you reconcile the death of 141 children in the name of religion they claimed as the "Religion of Peace" with the teaching of love by the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the God of love and peace, and to the God who loves us even unto death. Do you have to learn to hate and to kill or be a murderer to be able to make it to heaven? (Ephesians 4:29- 32) The Bible says; “Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.” (I John 3:16 KJV) Do we have the witness or the love of God in us? Jesus laid down His life for sinners?  It was the Lord who gave His life for us through His death; it means we must give ourselves for others- not to kill each other.

“Where there is love there is life…” Mohandas Gandhi

“Love is life…And if you miss love, you miss life.” Leo Buscaglia

The Spirit of Christmas made the whole world learn to forgive. It even cause the wars to ceased. The communist party in the Philippines that has been at war with the Philippine government agrees to a truce during every Christmas season. The atheists are trying not make Christmas be a national holiday. They tried everything they can to keep people out of church on Christmas day. It is God’s character to love and He wants for us to love one another and not hate each other. People will know that we are the Lord’s disciples through our love for each other. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16 KJV)- By Ely Roque Sagansay
