Wisdom of the Day from Mi Daily Devotion

"Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool." (Proverbs 19:1 KJV)

Are you a poor man in the world's standard? But you are not living in poverty as compared to those who lives in the third world countries. Are you a man or woman of integrity? Is your life's legacy according to God's standard or your standard? Does your lips move faster than your brain, and the meditation of your heart ticks like a gas pump or something else? Or unfortunately, you are a fool in the sight of man and in God's eyes?

These are tough and straightforward questions that you alone can answer. I do not demand an answer, but I wish if someone will talk about us, it would be positive adjectives and Godly things that they see from us. It's even better if it is about God and encouraging words they hear and listened upon... May it would be a life that's pleasing in the sight of God and man. May we be like this man- (I Samuel 9:6)-  By Ely Roque Sagansay
