Wisdom of the Day from Mi Daily Devotion
"My son, if thou be surety for thy friend, if thou hast stricken thy hand with a stranger," (Proverbs 6:1 KJV)
Never put yourself as a co-signer (security or surety) to your neighbor, but let them take the responsibility to any debt or contact. Do not take the unnecessary load in behalf of your neighbor for one day he or she may weary you.
One mistake of unnecessary trust may lead to a bad precedent in your circle. Be sure to use caution as you extend your hand in the name of charity, and when you share for the glory of God. Charity must be pour down to the right channel and purpose. (I Corinthians 13) -By Ely Roque Sagansay
